Quality through in-house production
SCHAUMANN’s concept of quality includes manufacturing its products in group-owned plants. In-house production is especially useful in the case of specialties and exclusive product ingredients such as probiotics, lactic acid bacteria and acid specialties, the manufacture of which is extremely sensitive.

SCHAUMANN’s quality management is certified by independent, accredited institutes at every stage of production. The system encourages continuous improvement of the company’s processes and creates transparency for the customer.
